Adam: Why New Starters Are My Favourite Topic!

One of my favourite meeting requests is discussing new starter gifts, as I believe it's crucial to create a positive impression for both the employee and the employer. That's why I'm thrilled to have Colleague Box involved in this process because we understand the importance of first impressions.
