The Bittersweet Chocolate Co
The Bittersweet Chocolate Co. was founded in 2007 by Nigel and Dianne
Holling to allow them to persue their ambition to produce the finest
quality chocolate and confectionary products.
Based in a small rural workshop, Bittersweet Chocolates have
successfully followed their passion to create high quality chocolates
using the traditional techniques of the artisan chocolatier. With an
emphasis on flavour, our chocolates use the finest organic essential
oils, spices and herbs to create flavours which blend seamlessly with
our chocolate. We proudly continue to make all our chocolates by hand in
small batches as we believe this is the best way to ensure the very best
In addition to manufacturing chocolates we also offer chocolate making
workshops suitable for both corporates and individuals and can be found
at a number of regional Farmers Markets and shows throughout the Year.
