Colleague Box Christmas 2022
Terms and Conditions

All Christmas items are subject to availability and may be substituted for items of the same or higher value. 

 

Next day postage is made by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which includes Saturday delivery. Cut off for next-day delivery is 1 pm each working day. Orders submitted after 1 pm will be sent the next working day. 

 

We will endeavour to deliver your orders on your date of choosing. However, no service on any courier is 100% guaranteed, and Colleague Box will not be held responsible for late delivery by our courier partners. This includes industrial action. 

 

Cut off for all postage gifts is 19th December for free delivery. 21st December for next day delivery. 

 

All items are sent on a tracked service which includes proof of delivery where requested. Where items are reported as undelivered, we will track this item and provide proof of postage/delivery. Items incorrectly addressed by Colleague Box will be replaced at no additional cost; whereby incorrect data was given to Colleague Box by you (the customer), we will ask you to cover the replacement cost of the gift + postage. Please contact customersupport@colleaguebox.co.uk with any postage concerns.

 

Where you have multiple orders to the same address, please contact christmas2022@colleaguebox.co.uk for a postage quote. You will not need to pay £6.00 per item for bulk delivery.

 

Unless expressly agreed, Colleague Box does not currently offer overseas postage due to the volatile nature of EU customs. 

 

All items can be sent in discreet outer packaging; please ask for this checkout in the notes section. 

 

Bespoke gifts are available for all budgets. We ask that you contact us via christmas2022@colleaguebox.co.uk or 01332 955745 to discuss your requirements. We can process orders of 1 to 30,000 with reasonable notice. 

 

Personalised items such as Santa hats and stockings will only be refunded if faulty, delivered damaged, or our print partner has made a spelling error. We will endeavour to spot any errors when data is sent to us, but due to the busy nature of Christmas, it is not possible to study all data in detail; as such, Colleague Box will not be responsible for any errors made in data by you (the customer). We will do our best to replace it in time for Christmas at your own cost.
