I am not a business, can I order with Colleague Box?

Yes, we ship to everyone. You can order from 1 box to (actually it's unlimited). We have corporate discounts available to orders of 50 or more boxes. Please contact sales@colleaguebox.co.uk for details. 

How are you protecting your staff and customers?
.We are working safely with the appropriate ppe, and safety measurements in place and ensure that deliveries are as safe as they can be for drivers, and customers with contact-free delivery.

Will my order still arrive on time?
All orders fully completed before 11am will be shipped the same day. We are doing our best to ensure that all orders are received in a timely manner. Orders are currently taking between 3 and 5 days from dispatch, however we are aware of delays with Royal Mail so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. 

Is it safe to receive orders online? 
According to the World Health Organisation, “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”
